CORNVEN® Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with CORNVEN®. To protect your rights and ensure a smooth shopping experience, please read the following Return & Refund Policy before placing your order.
7-Day Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act and applicable regulations governing distance sales, eligible products are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period, starting from the day after you receive your order.
The 7-day cooling-off period is not a trial period. When returning an item, the product should generally be kept complete and in its original condition, including the product itself, accessories, packaging, and any accompanying materials.
To request a return, please contact CORNVEN® within 7 days from the day after receiving your order and provide:
- Order number
- Name and contact information
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos, if the item is defective or damaged
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during delivery, incorrect, or different in quantity from your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once confirmed, CORNVEN® will assist with an exchange, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Any reasonable shipping costs arising from such circumstances will not be borne by the customer.
Exceptions to the 7-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, certain products may be excluded from the 7-day right of withdrawal where customers have been informed in advance. These may include:
- Customized or made-to-order products produced according to the customer’s specifications
- Unsealed personal hygiene products
- Perishable products, products with a short shelf life, or products that are close to expiry at the time of cancellation
- Other products or services that may legally be excluded from the 7-day right of withdrawal
Where an exception applies to a particular product, CORNVEN® will indicate this on the relevant product page.
Reasonable Inspection of Products
Customers may inspect a product as reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality. Such reasonable inspection does not automatically affect the customer’s right of withdrawal.
If a product is damaged, incomplete, or reduced in value due to use beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection, the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Refunds
Once CORNVEN® confirms that a return is eligible for a refund, the refund will generally be issued through the original payment method.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your credit card issuer, bank, payment service provider, or other financial institution.
Uncollected Convenience Store Orders
For orders delivered to a convenience store for pickup, customers are responsible for collecting their parcels within the period specified by the logistics provider.
If an order is returned to CORNVEN® because it was not collected within the required period, we will contact you regarding the next steps.
For customers who repeatedly fail to collect orders without reasonable cause, CORNVEN® reserves the right to restrict the use of certain delivery or payment methods.

感謝您於 CORNVEN® 購物。為保障您的購物權益，請於下單前閱讀以下退換貨政策。
七日鑑賞期
依台灣消費者保護法相關規定，適用通訊交易解除權之商品，自您收到商品之次日起享有 7日鑑賞期。
七日鑑賞期並非試用期。辦理退貨時，商品原則上應保持完整，包括商品本體、附件、包裝及隨附內容。
如欲申請退貨，請於收到商品次日起7日內聯絡 CORNVEN®，並提供：
- 訂單編號
- 姓名及聯絡方式
- 欲退貨之商品
- 退貨原因
- 如商品有瑕疵或損壞，請提供相關照片
商品瑕疵、損壞或寄錯
如收到之商品有明顯瑕疵、運送損壞、商品或數量與訂單不符，請儘速聯絡我們。
經確認後，CORNVEN® 將依實際情況協助辦理換貨、補寄或退款，相關合理物流費用不由消費者負擔。
七日解除權之例外
依相關法令，部分商品於事先告知消費者後，可能不適用七日解除權，例如：
- 依消費者要求製作之客製化商品
- 已拆封之個人衛生用品
- 易於腐敗、保存期限較短或解約時即將逾期之商品
- 其他依法得排除七日解除權之商品或服務
如特定商品屬上述情形，CORNVEN® 將於商品頁面另行標示。
不影響解除權之合理檢查
消費者為確認商品性質、特性及功能而進行必要檢查，不因此當然喪失解除權。
如商品因超出必要檢查範圍之使用而產生污損、缺件或價值減損，將依適用法令處理。
退款方式
CORNVEN® 確認符合退款條件後，原則上將依原付款方式辦理退款。
實際退款入帳時間可能因信用卡公司、銀行、金流服務商或其他付款機構之作業時間而有所不同。
未取貨
選擇超商取貨之訂單，請於物流商指定期限內完成取貨。
如商品因逾期未取而退回 CORNVEN®，我們將與您聯繫後續處理。多次無故未取貨者，CORNVEN® 得視情況限制其使用特定配送或付款方式。
