CORNVEN® Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage

CORNVEN® currently provides delivery services within Taiwan.

Available shipping methods are subject to the options displayed at checkout and currently primarily include:

• 7-ELEVEN Store-to-Store Delivery
• Home Delivery

Shipping Fees

For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, shipping fees will be calculated based on the selected delivery method and the applicable rate displayed at checkout.

CORNVEN® reserves the right to adjust shipping fees and free shipping thresholds from time to time based on logistics provider rates, operational requirements, and promotional campaigns.

Free Shipping

Orders with a total merchandise value of NT$1,200 or above are eligible for free shipping through designated delivery methods.

If a customer selects a delivery method that costs more than the standard free-shipping method, CORNVEN® may provide a shipping discount equivalent to the cost of the standard free-shipping method, with any additional amount payable by the customer.

The actual shipping fee and applicable promotion displayed at checkout will prevail.

Processing and Shipping Time

In-stock products will generally be dispatched within 7 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Pre-order products will be clearly identified as “Pre-order” on the relevant product page, together with the estimated dispatch date or processing time.

Processing and shipping times may be extended during public holidays, promotional periods, periods of high order volume, or due to customized products, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where there is a material delay, we will notify the customer as appropriate.

Estimated delivery times provided by logistics providers are for reference only and may be affected by weather, holidays, delivery volume, or other circumstances.

Orders Containing Products from Multiple Artists

CORNVEN® is a curated platform featuring products from multiple artists and creators.

Where an order contains in-stock products from different artists or creators, CORNVEN® will generally consolidate the products and ship them together.

In special circumstances where separate shipments are necessary, CORNVEN® will arrange delivery based on the circumstances of the order.

Delivery Issues

If you receive a parcel that is visibly damaged, if any product is missing, or if the contents do not match your order, please take photographs of the parcel and products and contact CORNVEN® Customer Service as soon as possible.

We will assist you in investigating the issue and, where applicable, coordinate with the relevant logistics provider.

Returns, replacements, refunds, or other remedies will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

Convenience Store Pickup

If you select convenience store pickup, please collect your parcel within the pickup period specified by the logistics provider.

If an order is returned to CORNVEN® because it was not collected within the specified period, we will contact you regarding the subsequent refund or redelivery arrangements.

Where redelivery is requested due to the customer's failure to collect the original shipment within the specified period, additional shipping charges may apply. Any applicable charges will be communicated to the customer before redelivery.

配送範圍

CORNVEN® 目前提供台灣地區配送服務。

可選配送方式依結帳頁面實際顯示為準，目前主要包括：

• 7-ELEVEN 店到店
• 宅配到府

配送費用

未達免運門檻之訂單，配送費依結帳頁面顯示之物流方式及適用費率計算。

CORNVEN® 得依物流業者費率、營運需求及行銷活動，不定期調整配送費用及免運門檻。

滿額免運

單筆訂單商品金額達 NT$1,200，可享指定配送方式之免運優惠。

如消費者選擇費用較高之配送方式，CORNVEN® 得提供相當於基本免運配送方式之運費折抵，超出部分由消費者負擔。

實際運費及適用優惠以結帳頁面顯示為準。

出貨時間

現貨商品原則上於付款確認後 7 個工作天內完成出貨（不含例假日及國定假日）。

如商品屬於預購商品，將於相關商品頁面明確標示「預購」，並說明預計出貨日期或所需備貨時間。

如遇國定假日、行銷活動、大量訂單、客製化商品、不可抗力或其他非 CORNVEN® 合理控制範圍內之情況，處理及出貨時間可能延長；如發生重大延誤，我們將視情況通知消費者。

物流業者提供之預計配送時間僅供參考，實際到貨時間亦可能受天候、假日、物流量或其他因素影響。

多位創作者商品

CORNVEN® 為多創作者選物平台。

同一訂單中如包含不同創作者之現貨商品，原則上由 CORNVEN® 統一整理並合併出貨。

特殊情況下如需分批配送，CORNVEN® 將依訂單實際情況安排。

配送異常

如收到商品時發現包裹明顯損壞、商品遺失、缺件或內容與訂單不符，請儘速拍照並聯絡 CORNVEN® 客服。

我們將協助確認相關情況，並於需要時與相關物流業者進行查詢及處理。

退貨、換貨、退款或其他處理方式，將依 CORNVEN® 退換貨及退款政策及適用法律辦理。

超商取貨

選擇超商取貨者，請於物流業者指定期限內完成取件。

如因逾期未取而導致商品退回 CORNVEN®，我們將與消費者聯絡後續退款或重新配送安排。

如因消費者逾期未取而要求再次配送，重新配送所產生之運費可能由消費者負擔；如有相關費用，我們將於重新出貨前告知。
