OVERVIEW
Welcome to CORNVEN® Online.
The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Vision Verse Interactive Pty Ltd, trading as CORNVEN® (“CORNVEN®”).
CORNVEN® operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide customers with a curated shopping experience (collectively, the “Services”).
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology that enables us to offer the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies referenced herein (collectively, the “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing or using the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully.
By visiting, interacting with, creating an account on, purchasing from, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our applicable policies.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use or access the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer right, guarantee, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law.
SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity required under applicable law to enter into transactions through the Services.
If you permit a minor to use the Services through a device or account owned or controlled by you, you are responsible for such use to the extent permitted by applicable law.
To browse our online store, create an account, or purchase products, you may be required to provide information including your name, email address, telephone number, billing information, payment information, and shipping address.
You agree that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete and that you have the right to provide such information.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for activities conducted through your account.
You may not sell, transfer, assign, or license your account to another person without our prior consent.
SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
CORNVEN® is a curated platform featuring products, artworks, merchandise, and other items from independent artists, creators, brands, and selected partners.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product photographs, descriptions, dimensions, materials, pricing, and other relevant information.
However, colors and product appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, lighting conditions, photography, and other factors.
Certain products offered through CORNVEN® are designed or produced by independent artists and creators and may be handmade or produced in small batches.
Reasonable variations in color, texture, pattern, shape, dimensions, positioning, or other details may therefore occur between individual items or production batches. Such reasonable variations do not necessarily constitute product defects.
Product descriptions, availability, and specifications may be updated from time to time.
We may discontinue products or limit quantities where reasonably necessary due to inventory availability, production limitations, geographic restrictions, operational requirements, or other legitimate business reasons.
Nothing in this Section limits any rights you may have in relation to defective, misdescribed, damaged, or otherwise non-conforming products under applicable law.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you submit an order, you are requesting to purchase the products listed in your order.
Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order can be fulfilled in all circumstances.
Orders may be subject to payment verification, inventory confirmation, fraud prevention checks, and other reasonable operational checks.
If we are unable to fulfill an order due to actual inventory shortages, material pricing errors, payment problems, suspected fraud, system errors, product discontinuation, or other circumstances that reasonably prevent fulfillment, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided with your order.
Where an order that has already been paid cannot be fulfilled, the applicable amount will be refunded in accordance with applicable law and our Return and Refund Policy.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
Cancellation, return, exchange, and refund requests are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
SECTION 4 — PRICES, PAYMENT AND BILLING
Product prices, discounts, and promotions may change from time to time.
The applicable product price will generally be the price displayed when you place your order, subject to correction of obvious or material errors as permitted by applicable law.
Product prices, applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final amount payable will be displayed during checkout as applicable.
Prices displayed through CORNVEN® Online may differ from prices offered at physical exhibitions, retail locations, temporary events, or third-party sales channels.
We may offer promotions governed by additional terms. If specific promotional terms conflict with these Terms in relation to that promotion, the specific promotional terms will apply.
You agree to provide accurate and current purchase, billing, payment, and account information.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted for your purchase.
Payment processing may be performed by Shopify or authorized third-party payment service providers and may be subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Available shipping methods, applicable delivery charges, free-shipping thresholds, estimated processing times, and other delivery information are described in our Shipping Policy and displayed during checkout where applicable.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by logistics providers, holidays, weather, natural disasters, customs procedures, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
CORNVEN® works with third-party logistics providers to deliver orders.
If your parcel is lost, materially damaged, or otherwise affected during delivery, please contact CORNVEN® as soon as reasonably possible. We will assist in investigating the matter with the relevant logistics provider and provide appropriate remedies as required by applicable law and our Return and Refund Policy.
Where an order contains products from multiple participating artists or creators, CORNVEN® may consolidate those products into one shipment where reasonably practicable.
In certain circumstances, orders may be delivered in separate shipments.
Nothing in this Section excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights relating to delivery, loss, damage, or non-performance.
SECTION 6 — RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
For eligible distance-sale transactions in Taiwan, customers may have a statutory 7-day right of withdrawal beginning from the day after receipt of the product, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
The 7-day cooling-off period is not a trial period.
Certain products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by law and properly disclosed, including certain customized products, unsealed personal hygiene products, perishable goods, and other legally recognized exceptions.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to reduce any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services contain intellectual property belonging to different rights holders.
The intellectual property rights in artworks, illustrations, product designs, photographs, videos, graphics, trademarks, logos, creator names, product names, written content, website design, and other materials displayed through the Services may belong to CORNVEN®, participating artists and creators, licensors, Shopify, or other lawful rights holders.
Except as permitted by applicable law or authorized by the relevant rights holder, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, publicly display, commercially exploit, sell, create derivative works from, or otherwise use protected materials without permission.
Purchasing a physical product through CORNVEN® does not transfer to the purchaser any copyright, trademark right, design right, reproduction right, commercialization right, or other intellectual property right associated with the artwork or product unless expressly stated otherwise.
CORNVEN® does not claim ownership of intellectual property belonging to participating creators merely because their products are displayed or sold through the Services.
The CORNVEN® name, logo, branding, website elements, and other materials owned by CORNVEN® may not be used without authorization.
Shopify's names, logos, products, and related trademarks remain the property of Shopify or its applicable rights holders.
SECTION 8 — OPTIONAL AND THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
The Services may provide access to tools, applications, payment services, social media integrations, analytics features, or other services provided by third parties.
We may not control or monitor all aspects of such third-party services.
Your use of third-party tools may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies imposed by the relevant provider.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CORNVEN® is not responsible for acts, omissions, availability, or performance of third-party tools that are outside our reasonable control.
We may introduce new features, resources, tools, or functionality in the future. Unless otherwise stated, such features will form part of the Services and be subject to these Terms.
SECTION 9 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to websites, social media platforms, services, or content operated by third parties.
CORNVEN® does not necessarily control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party websites or services.
If you leave our Services to access a third-party website, you should review the relevant third party's terms, privacy policy, and other applicable policies.
Any transaction entered into directly with a third party may be subject to that third party's own terms.
SECTION 10 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
CORNVEN® Online is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology used to operate our online store.
However, unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases made through the CORNVEN® store are transactions between you and CORNVEN®, not between you and Shopify.
Shopify is not the seller of CORNVEN® products solely by virtue of providing the e-commerce platform.
Shopify may nevertheless process certain personal information and provide payment, security, analytics, personalization, or other functionality in accordance with its own applicable policies.
SECTION 11 — PRIVACY
Personal information collected through the Services is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because the Services are hosted through Shopify and may use third-party payment, logistics, analytics, marketing, and technology providers, certain personal information may also be processed by Shopify or other service providers where necessary to provide the Services.
Please review our Privacy Policy for further information regarding how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, stored, and protected.
SECTION 12 — REVIEWS, FEEDBACK AND USER CONTENT
You may have opportunities to submit reviews, feedback, photographs, suggestions, comments, or other content (“User Content”).
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that your submission does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, personality, or other rights of another person.
By submitting User Content for public display through our Services, you grant CORNVEN® a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and reasonably adapt that content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Services, subject to applicable law.
This license does not transfer ownership of your original content to CORNVEN®.
We may remove User Content that we reasonably determine to be unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, infringing, misleading, malicious, obscene, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.
You must not knowingly submit false reviews, impersonate another person, transmit malware, or misrepresent the origin of User Content.
SECTION 13 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
From time to time, the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccurate information, inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, incorrect promotions, shipping information errors, or other omissions.
We may correct or update such information when discovered.
Where a material pricing, inventory, product information, or system error affects an order, CORNVEN® may contact you to correct, modify, or cancel the affected order where reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law.
If payment has already been collected for an order that cannot be fulfilled, the applicable amount will be refunded.
SECTION 14 — PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.
You must not use the Services to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations;
- Commit or facilitate fraud or other unlawful activity;
- Infringe CORNVEN®'s or another party's intellectual property rights;
- Harass, threaten, defame, abuse, or unlawfully harm another person;
- Submit deliberately false or misleading information;
- Impersonate another individual or organization;
- Transmit viruses, malware, malicious code, spam, phishing communications, or similar harmful material;
- Collect personal information about others without authorization;
- Scrape, crawl, interfere with, circumvent, or compromise security features of the Services in an unauthorized manner; or
- Otherwise materially interfere with the normal operation or lawful use of the Services.
Where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Services in response to serious or repeated violations.
SECTION 15 — SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
You may stop using the Services at any time.
CORNVEN® may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Services where reasonably necessary, including in cases of fraud, unlawful conduct, material or repeated violations of these Terms, security risks, or misuse of the Services.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination, including obligations relating to completed purchases, outstanding payments, returns, refunds, intellectual property, privacy, or other provisions that by their nature should continue after termination.
SECTION 16 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
We make reasonable efforts to operate the Services accurately, securely, and reliably.
However, websites and online services may occasionally experience interruptions, maintenance, errors, technical failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Product-specific rights and remedies remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws and our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory warranty, remedy, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CORNVEN® will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control or from misuse of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
In particular, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit mandatory rights or remedies relating to defective products, consumer protection, personal injury, fraud, gross negligence, or other liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
SECTION 18 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for reasonable losses or liabilities directly resulting from your unlawful use of the Services, intentional infringement of third-party rights, fraudulent conduct, or material breach of these Terms.
Nothing in this Section imposes liability on a consumer beyond what is permitted under applicable law.
SECTION 19 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a competent authority to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary to comply with applicable law.
If it cannot be preserved, the affected portion will be severed without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
SECTION 20 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce a right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
These Terms, together with the policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services, subject to any additional terms expressly agreed between you and CORNVEN®.
Nothing in this Section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
SECTION 21 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer or assign your contractual rights or obligations under these Terms where doing so would materially affect the operation of the Services without our consent, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law.
CORNVEN® may transfer or assign its rights or obligations in connection with a legitimate business restructuring, merger, acquisition, transfer of business, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law and without reducing mandatory consumer rights.
SECTION 22 — GOVERNING LAW AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
These Terms and transactions made through the Services are governed by the laws applicable to CORNVEN® and the relevant transaction.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply based on the customer's place of residence, place of transaction, delivery destination, or other legally relevant connection, nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights provided under those mandatory laws.
For transactions with consumers in Taiwan, applicable mandatory Taiwanese consumer protection requirements, including applicable provisions governing distance sales, remain unaffected.
SECTION 23 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business operations, technology, policies, or applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
The most current version will be published on this website.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
Changes will not retroactively reduce rights relating to transactions already completed except where permitted or required by applicable law.

第二條｜商品
CORNVEN® 為策選型平台，販售來自獨立藝術家、創作者、品牌及其他合作夥伴之商品、作品及相關產品。
我們將合理努力提供正確之商品圖片、說明、尺寸、材質、價格及其他相關資訊。
然而，商品顏色及外觀可能因螢幕、裝置設定、光線、攝影等因素而略有差異。
CORNVEN® 所販售之部分商品由獨立創作者設計或製作，並可能採手工製作或小量生產。
因此，不同商品或生產批次間可能存在合理之色澤、紋理、圖案、形狀、尺寸、位置或其他細節差異；此類合理差異不當然構成商品瑕疵。
商品說明、庫存及規格可能不定期更新。
如因庫存、生產限制、地區限制、營運需求或其他合理商業原因，我們得停止販售特定商品或限制可購買數量。
本條任何內容均不影響消費者就瑕疵、錯誤描述、損壞或其他不符合約定之商品依法享有之權利。
第三條｜訂單
當您提交訂單，即表示您提出購買訂單所列商品之請求。
收到系統自動寄送之訂單確認，不代表 CORNVEN® 在任何情況下均能完成該筆交易。
訂單可能須經付款確認、庫存確認、防詐欺檢查及其他合理之營運程序。
如因實際缺貨、重大標價錯誤、付款問題、疑似詐欺、系統錯誤、商品停止供應或其他無法合理完成交易之情形，我們將使用您於訂單提供之聯絡資訊儘速與您聯絡。
如已付款之訂單最終無法履行，我們將依適用法律及退換貨及退款政策辦理相關退款。
提交訂單前，請確認訂單內容正確。
取消、退貨、換貨及退款申請，依本網站之退換貨及退款政策及適用之消費者保護法律辦理。
第四條｜價格、付款及帳務
商品價格、折扣及促銷活動可能不定期調整。
商品原則上以您下單時網站所顯示之價格為準，但法律允許更正之明顯或重大錯誤不在此限。
適用之商品價格、稅費、運費、折扣及最終應付金額，將依實際情況於結帳流程中顯示。
CORNVEN® Online 所顯示之價格可能與實體展覽、零售據點、期間限定活動或第三方銷售渠道有所不同。

您同意提供正確且最新之購買、帳務、付款及帳戶資料。
您並確認有權使用提交之付款方式。
付款可能由 Shopify 或 CORNVEN® 授權之第三方付款服務商處理，並可能另受其相關條款及隱私權政策規範。
第五條｜配送及交付
可使用之配送方式、運費、免運門檻、預估處理時間及其他配送資訊，以本網站之配送政策及結帳頁面實際顯示為準。
配送時間均為預估，並可能受到物流業者、假日、天候、天然災害、海關程序、不可抗力或其他非 CORNVEN® 合理控制範圍內之因素影響。
CORNVEN® 使用第三方物流服務完成訂單配送。
如包裹於配送過程中發生遺失、重大損壞或其他配送異常，請儘速聯絡 CORNVEN®。我們將協助向相關物流業者查詢，並依適用法律及退換貨及退款政策提供適當處理。
如同一訂單包含多位合作創作者之商品，在合理可行之情況下，CORNVEN® 得將商品合併配送。
特殊情況下，訂單亦可能分批配送。
本條任何內容均不排除或限制消費者就配送、遺失、損壞或未履行交易依法享有之強制性權利。
第六條｜退貨、退款及取消
商品之退貨、退款、換貨及訂單取消，依 CORNVEN® 退換貨及退款政策及適用法律辦理。
就適用於台灣之通訊交易，符合相關法律規定之消費者，自收到商品之次日起可能享有法定七日解除權／鑑賞期，但法律規定之例外情況除外。
七日鑑賞期並非試用期。
依法律規定並經適當事先告知後，部分商品可能排除七日解除權，例如特定客製化商品、已拆封之個人衛生用品、易腐敗商品及其他依法得排除之商品。
詳細規定請參閱本網站之退換貨及退款政策。
本條款任何內容均不減少消費者依適用法律享有之強制性權利。
第七條｜智慧財產權
本服務所包含之智慧財產權可能分別屬於不同權利人。
本網站展示之作品、插畫、商品設計、照片、影片、圖像、商標、Logo、創作者名稱、商品名稱、文字內容、網站設計及其他素材，其智慧財產權可能分別屬於 CORNVEN®、合作藝術家及創作者、授權人、Shopify 或其他合法權利人。
除法律允許或取得相關權利人授權外，不得擅自重製、修改、散布、出版、公開展示、商業利用、販售、製作衍生作品或以其他方式使用受保護之內容。
透過 CORNVEN® 購買實體商品，並不代表該作品或商品相關之著作權、商標權、設計權、重製權、商業利用權或其他智慧財產權移轉予購買者，除非另有明確約定。
創作者之商品透過 CORNVEN® 展示或銷售，並不代表 CORNVEN® 因此取得該創作者原有智慧財產權之所有權。
CORNVEN® 名稱、Logo、品牌識別、網站元素及其他屬於 CORNVEN® 之素材，未經授權不得使用。
Shopify 相關名稱、Logo、商品及商標之權利仍歸 Shopify 或相關權利人所有。
第八條｜選用及第三方工具
本服務可能提供由第三方供應之工具、應用程式、付款服務、社群整合、網站分析功能或其他服務。
CORNVEN® 未必能控制或監督所有第三方服務之運作。
您使用第三方工具時，可能另受該服務供應商之條款及隱私權政策規範。
於適用法律允許範圍內，對於超出 CORNVEN® 合理控制範圍之第三方工具行為、服務中斷或效能問題，CORNVEN® 不負超出法律規定之責任。
未來新增之功能、資源及工具，除另有說明外，亦視為本服務之一部分並適用本條款。
第九條｜第三方連結
本服務可能包含第三方營運之網站、社群平台、服務或內容之連結。
CORNVEN® 不一定控制、認可或對第三方網站及服務負責。
當您離開 CORNVEN® 本服務並使用第三方網站時，建議另行閱讀該第三方之使用條款、隱私權政策及其他相關政策。
您直接與第三方進行之交易，可能另受該第三方條款規範。
第十條｜與 Shopify 的關係
CORNVEN® Online 使用 Shopify 所提供之電子商務技術營運。
除另有明確說明外，您透過 CORNVEN® 商店進行之商品交易，是您與 CORNVEN® 之間的交易，而非您與 Shopify 之間的交易。
Shopify 僅因提供電子商務平台，並不因此成為 CORNVEN® 商品之賣方。
但 Shopify 可能依其相關政策處理部分個人資料，並提供付款、安全、防詐欺、分析、個人化或其他功能。
第十一條｜隱私權
透過本服務蒐集之個人資料，依 CORNVEN® 隱私權政策處理。
由於本服務使用 Shopify，並可能使用第三方付款、物流、分析、行銷及技術服務商，部分個人資料可能於提供服務所必要之範圍內由 Shopify 或相關服務商處理。
關於個人資料之蒐集、處理、使用、揭露、保存及保護方式，請參閱本網站之隱私權政策。
第十二條｜評論、回饋及使用者內容
本服務可能允許您提交評論、意見、照片、建議或其他內容（以下稱「使用者內容」）。
您確認自己擁有或具有提交該內容所需之權利，且該內容不侵害第三方之智慧財產權、隱私權、人格權或其他權利。
如您提交內容供本服務公開展示，即授予 CORNVEN® 一項非專屬、全球性、免權利金之授權，使我們得於營運、宣傳及改善本服務之合理範圍內使用、重製、展示及適當調整該內容，但仍受適用法律規範。
此項授權不代表使用者原有內容之所有權移轉予 CORNVEN®。

不得故意提交虛假評論、冒充他人、散播惡意程式或虛假陳述內容來源。
第十三條｜錯誤、不準確資訊及遺漏
本服務偶爾可能出現文字錯誤、資訊不準確、庫存差異、價格錯誤、優惠資訊錯誤、配送資訊錯誤或其他遺漏。
發現相關問題後，我們得進行合理更正或更新。
如重大價格、庫存、商品資訊或系統錯誤影響已提交之訂單，在法律允許及合理必要之範圍內，CORNVEN® 得聯絡您進行更正、修改或取消受影響之訂單。
如訂單無法履行且已完成付款，我們將退還相關款項。
第十四條｜禁止使用行為
您僅得將本服務用於合法目的。
不得使用本服務：
- 違反適用法律或法規；
- 從事或協助詐欺或其他違法行為；
- 侵害 CORNVEN® 或其他人的智慧財產權；
- 騷擾、威脅、誹謗、辱罵或非法傷害他人；
- 故意提交虛假或誤導資訊；
- 冒充其他個人或組織；
- 傳播病毒、惡意程式、垃圾郵件、釣魚內容或其他有害資料；
- 未經授權蒐集或追蹤他人個人資料；
- 未經授權爬取、干擾、繞過或破壞本服務之安全機制；或
- 以其他方式嚴重影響本服務之正常運作或其他使用者之合法使用。
如發生重大或重複違反本條款之情況，我們得於法律允許及合理必要範圍內限制、暫停或終止相關使用權限。
第十五條｜暫停及終止
您可隨時停止使用本服務。
如涉及詐欺、違法行為、重大或重複違反本條款、安全風險或濫用本服務，CORNVEN® 得於合理必要及法律允許範圍內暫停或終止您使用全部或部分服務之權限。
服務終止不影響終止前已產生之權利及義務，包括已完成之購買、應付款項、退貨、退款、智慧財產權、隱私權，以及依其性質應於終止後繼續有效之條款。
第十六條｜服務及保證
CORNVEN® 將合理努力維持本服務之準確、安全及正常運作。
然而，網站及線上服務偶爾可能因維護、技術錯誤、服務中斷或其他非我們合理控制之情況而受到影響。
在適用法律允許範圍內，我們不保證本服務在任何時候均完全不中斷、無錯誤或持續可用。
商品相關之消費者權利及救濟仍依適用之消費者保護法律及退換貨及退款政策辦理。
本條款任何內容均不排除、限制或變更依法不得排除、限制或變更之消費者法定保障、保證、救濟或其他權利。
第十七條｜責任限制
於適用法律允許範圍內，對於完全因 CORNVEN® 合理控制範圍以外之情況，或因使用者不當使用本服務所造成之間接、附帶、特殊、懲罰性或衍生性損失，CORNVEN® 不負超出法律規定之責任。
如適用法律禁止排除或限制特定責任，本條款不排除或限制該等責任。
尤其，本條款無意排除或限制與商品瑕疵、消費者保護、人身傷害、詐欺、重大過失或其他依法不得排除或限制之責任相關的強制性權利或救濟。
第十八條｜賠償責任
於適用法律允許範圍內，如因您違法使用本服務、故意侵害第三方權利、從事詐欺行為或重大違反本條款，而直接造成合理之損失或法律責任，您可能須依法承擔相關責任。
本條不使消費者承擔超過適用法律允許範圍之責任。
第十九條｜可分割性
如本條款任何條文經有權機關認定為違法、無效或無法執行，該條文應於符合適用法律所必要之範圍內進行解釋或限制。
如無法保留，則僅將無法執行之部分視為分離，不影響其他條款之有效性及可執行性。
第二十條｜權利不放棄及完整協議
CORNVEN® 未行使或執行本條款下之任何權利，不代表我們放棄該項權利。
本條款連同明確納入之相關政策，共同構成您使用本服務時所適用之協議，但不影響您與 CORNVEN® 另行明確約定之其他條款。
本條任何內容均不限制依法不得放棄之權利。
第二十一條｜權利義務之轉讓
除法律另有規定外，如轉讓將重大影響本服務之運作，未經 CORNVEN® 同意，您不得任意轉讓本條款下之契約權利或義務。
如 CORNVEN® 發生合法之企業重組、合併、收購、業務移轉或類似交易，我們得依適用法律轉讓相關權利或義務，但不得因此減少消費者依法享有之強制性權利。
第二十二條｜準據法及消費者權利
本條款及透過本服務進行之交易，依適用於 CORNVEN® 及相關交易之法律辦理。
如依消費者所在地、交易地、配送目的地或其他法律上相關因素，而有強制性消費者保護法規適用，本條款任何內容均不排除或限制消費者依該等強制法律享有之權利。
就台灣消費者之交易，台灣適用之強制性消費者保護規定，包括適用於通訊交易之相關規範，不因本條款而受到影響。

CORNVEN® 可能因服務內容、營運方式、技術、政策、法律或法規要求之變化，不定期更新本條款。
最新版本將公布於本網站。
如適用法律要求，我們將就重大變更提供適當通知。
除法律允許或要求外，條款更新不會追溯降低已完成交易所享有之權利。
